7.1 SMS/Text Messaging Program

The Pathen mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Pathen (“Pathen,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice.

By consenting to Pathen’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Pathen through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is on any Do Not Call list.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts).

You understand:

  • Signing up for SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

  • Participation is voluntary.

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

7.2 Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to +1 (844) 638-1191 or clicking an unsubscribe link (where available). You will receive a confirmation text and no further messages unless initiated by you.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
